As Evidence Coordinator, Jennifer plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and organization of digital evidence throughout the investigative process. She oversees chain of custody and evidence storage, ensures accurate documentation within internal systems, and coordinates project kickoffs and mobile device collections—including the distribution and management of remote collection kits. Jennifer also supports the lab team with forensic acquisitions, imaging, and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Cyber Engineering from Houston Christian University, where she first developed her interest in digital forensics. Originally from Guatemala, she is the first in her family to attend and graduate from college—an achievement that reflects her dedication and drive.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys baking, crocheting, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
